    1. Definition of Business Scope and Purposes: We don't start with technology, we start with talking about your business. What do you want to achieve? Where do you see the risks? What are your goals for the coming years? Only then do we define the precise scope of the audit.

    2. Non-invasive Data Collection: Using advanced and secure tools, we collect thousands of data points about your infrastructure from server configuration to security policy. The process is safe and does not interfere with your team's work.

    3. In-depth Analysis and Correction: This is where our "magic" happens. Not only do we list the facts, but we combine them with each other. For example, we combine the low performance of the key application with the incorrect configuration of storage, the suboptimal network and outdated drivers. We show the cause, not just the symptom.

Problem

The board felt that IT systems were running slowly and the cost of living them are high. There was a lack of internal specialist who could assess the situation and plan further steps.

Solution

We have conducted a comprehensive IT audit. We found that the servers are overloaded due to the misconfiguration of virtual machines, and the security policy in Active Directory does not exist. We also found that the company paid for expensive licenses that it did not use.

Result

We presented a report with 15 specific recommendations. After the implementation of the three most important (vCPU and RAM reconfiguration on virtual machines, implementation of the basic policies of GPO and modification of the licence plan), the efficiency of the ERP system increased by 40% and the annual costs of the software decreased by 20%. The client received a clear plan of action for the next 2 years.
