    The market is full of theoretical training based on PowerPoint presentations. We act differently. Our philosophy is "no slides, 100% practice"We believe that skills are achieved through action, not by listening.

    1. Analysis of Needs and Purposes: We always start with a conversation. We want to understand your business, your infrastructure, the current level of knowledge of the participants and what real problems you want to solve through training.

    2. "Sewn to the Measure" of the Agenda: We do not have one rigid program. Based on analysis, we create a dedicated agenda of workshops that is 100% suited to your needs. We focus on those issues that will bring you the greatest value.

    3. Intensive Workshop (Hands-On Lab): This is the heart of our training. Participants work on a previously prepared laboratory environment (or a test copy of their own system), solving real life problems. I am a mentor and coach who leads, advises and shares experience.

    4. Materials and Support After Training: At the end of the workshop, each participant receives a set of materials, used scripts and notes. But this is not the end of the workshop, we remain available for additional questions and consultations after training.

Problem

The IT team estimated that up to 30% of their working time took up repetitive, manual tasks such as installing software on workstations, configuring new users' profiles or mapping printers. They lacked knowledge about how to automate these processes.

Solution

We have conducted two-day intensive workshops with "Advanced Management GPO and GPP." Participants, working on the clone of their production environment, have learned to create policies that automate the implementation of software, configure printers, map disks and standardize security settings.

Result

After training, the IT team self implemented 5 key automation policies. This allowed to recover estimated 10 hours of work per week throughout the team. The number of notifications to helpdesk for basic configuration problems fell by 20% as the settings were centrally standardized.

Do participants receive certificates?

Yes, after completion of a dedicated workshop cycle, each participant receives a registered certificate of completion of the training, confirming the acquired skills in a given field together with a description of the scope of the training.

What kind of equipment does the training take place?

We provide access to a fully prepared virtual laboratory environment in the cloud. Participants only need a computer with internet access. In the case of stationary training, we can also work on a separate test environment of the client.

Can the training program be adapted to our unusual software?

Yes. This is the uniqueness of our offer. If your goal is, for example, to automate a specific installation for your application industry, this problem will become one of the main points of our workshop.
